The ex-Formula 2 racer from Champéry, who took a victory and five further podiums during his time in the series, joined Sauber Motorsport in 2021 as Simulator and Development Driver. Since then, he has been closely involved in simulator development, race support and long-term car performance projects. Ralph’s work has helped to develop the Audi R26, which will take on its maiden Grand Prix in Melbourne, Australia on 6-8 March.
Ralph Boschung, Development Driver, Audi Revolut F1 Team: “I’m incredibly proud to be part of this historic chapter with Audi Revolut F1 Team. Over the past few years, I completed thousands of laps in the simulator, playing a part in contributing to the development of the R26. I’m grateful to the team for the trust they have placed in me as Development Driver, and I’m excited for the challenge ahead – putting in many more laps and continuing the hard work to move us forward.”
